Manufacturing IT Consultant / Projectmanager

Kiki joined Greywise on Feb. 13 as a Manufacturing IT Consultant/Project Manager. Kiki completed the course in Food Technology at HAS in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. From her internship, she spent a few more months working at FrieslandCampina.

Her career began at Daelmans in 2012. Kiki has been working as a process technologist for 6 years. During this time, she was mainly concerned with:

• Lead improvement and automation projects.
• Standardize production processes.
• Scaling up new product concepts.
• Troubleshoot acute production problems.
• Coaching operators in continuous improvement and creating ownership.
• Establishing KPIs.

During this period, Kiki often ran into the limits of the current IT systems present in the production domain. As a result, a lot was done manually, the right data was missing and it was difficult to keep improving continuously.

When awareness arose within Daelmans to work with Manufacturing Operations Systems (MOMs), Kiki stepped forward and pulled this project internally. During the strategy and selection phase of the right MOMs package, Kiki worked closely with Greyise.
