What support can you use?

We help our clients on a daily basis with various activities in the MOMS domain. Naturally, we mainly work on MES projects, but also think of LIMS, Scheduling, OEE, ERP, etc.

We are very flexible and can support you from one day a week. The big advantage of using our MOMS support is that we have a lot of experience and expertise, we have various MOMS projects and that we employ consultants from junior level to very experienced seniors. This way we can always help you with someone who can act at the right level. No long familiarization processes, but the help you need right away!

Which MOMS activities can we provide support for?

General

Project management
An experienced project manager who knows the pitfalls of an MES project and who ensures that all matters within your company are properly arranged.
Drafting requirements
Together with your people, we determine what the new MES must meet. We show what the possibilities are and how you can improve your processes.
Develop and test test plans
Your employees will have to test the new MES, but they have little experience with the test approach and the preparation of the tests. We help to ensure that the MES goes live without any problems.
Training and user documentation
Together with the key users, we put together the training program and provide the training to the end users.
Go Live Support
During the first few days, we guide the operators in working with the new MES. This contributes to trust and a good start-up.

Pharma specific

Drafting requirements
The requirements are drawn up in such a way that they form the correct basis for the validation. Review and approval are well secured.
MBR Design & Implementation
Together with the users, we set up the MBRs in the new MES. We do this in such a way that validation can also run efficiently.
Validation
We draw up the plan, organize and supervise the validation and ensure that the correct documents are approved. We can also take care of the issue handling.
training
We train your people so that they themselves are able to adapt existing MBRs and create new ones in the new MES.

Our MOMS Support Team

There are currently 5 MOMS consultants at your service. Based on your needs, we determine together how we can best help you. If it turns out that we cannot answer your request for help with our own consultants, we will of course check whether someone is available for you within our own flexible layer.

About Greywise: An independent consultancy with a focus on MOMS projects in the Food and Pharmaceutical sector

The Greywise consultants have a business administration background. The emphasis is on mapping and improving business processes. We look at how IT can contribute to this. We know what the systems can do, what the standards and best practices are and how we can apply them. We don’t have to configure or program the systems, the system integrator does that. We are a discussion partner for the system integrator, production, the technical service, the IT department and management.

We know the employees and know who to turn to to get answers and get business done. Our presence acts as a catalyst and brings acceleration. We are working at an early stage to shape the necessary changes.

Careful preparation and involvement of all parties contribute to a fast go-live and a high acceptance of the system.

We often start by drawing up a vision and naming the necessary IT projects. We supervise the selection and ensure that the implementation is a success. We cannot do this without the trust of management. We remain a sparring partner even after delivery.
