Helping traditional production factories grow into smart factories, that’s what energizes me. This can be done in small or large steps. In both situations I make sure that this is done thoughtfully and efficiently.

I contribute ideas and provide the insights needed to arrive at a good Manufacturing-IT strategy. If there is already a strategy and it concerns the implementation of MES, MOMS, WMS or Data management applications, I am happy to support as a project leader.

Through years of experience with implementations, I know what needs to be done, I know the pitfalls and I quickly understand the quality of the basic documentation.
